Jag använder alltid något som heter Healthy Harvest till att tvätta frukt och grönsaker innan jag äter eller lagar dem. Den tar bort eventuella besprutningsrester, vilket ju inte är nånting vi bör få i oss.</p>
<p><strong>Penne med tomat, mozzarella, vitlök &amp; kapris</strong></p>
<p>Koka ett paket penne pasta (jag använde fullkorn idag, men vanlig går lika bra).</p>
<p>Skär under tiden upp några tomater (jag hade två idag), mozzarella (jag hade typ ett halvt block) och vitlök (en klyfta).</p>
<p>När pastan är klar, häll ur vattnet, men spar lite kokvatten i kastrullen (man slipper använda mindre olja då) och blanda i tomaterna, mozzarellan och kaprisen, typ ett kluck olivolja och salt och peppar efter smak. Jag hade även i lite hemodlad oregano idag. Ibland har jag också i soltorkade tomater, jag skär dem i mindre bitar och använder då oljan de ligger i istället för olivolja. Det blir ca fyra portioner men jag spar alltid resten och tar med som lunch till jobbet.</p>

<p><em><span style="color: #808080">This is one of my favorite simple recipes (thanks Sergio). It&#8217;s healthy and quick. I always use something called Healthy Harvest to wash my fruits and veggies with before eating or cooking with them. It gets rid of any pesticide residue, something we should never consume.</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #808080"><strong>Penne with tomato, mozzarella, garlic &amp; capers</strong></span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #808080">Boil a box of penne pasta (I used whole wheat today but regular is fine too).</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #808080">While it&#8217;s cooking, slice a few tomatoes (I used two today), mozzarella (I used like half a block) and garlic (one clove).</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #808080">When the pasta is done, drain the water but save some in the pot (that way you can use less oil) och mix the tomatoes, mozzarella and capers in there with like one glug of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. I also put some homegrown oregano in there today. Sometimes I also use sundried tomatoes, cutting them into smaller pieces and using the oil they come in instead of olive oil. Serves about four but I always save the rest to bring for lunch to work.<br />
