RAINSHINE & CHOCOLATE

I love the way the sun hits a raindrop-splattered window right after it’s cleared—it’s rainshine—how the golden light hits a white wall and how beautiful a simple piece of chocolate can be in the light of dusk.

7:45AM IN COLUMBUS CIRCLE

NYC is nicer when you get up early. Subways less crowded, the sky still aglow with remnants of the night sky, and tiny blue lights on trees barely visible. Serenity.
