Så det är klart, skrev på hyreskontraktet igår. Den 15 juni flyttar vi in i en nybyggd tvåa på fjortonde våningen av en byggnad i södra Williamsburg i Brooklyn. Vi har balkong med utsikt över Manhattan, East River, alla broar osv. och på 21:a våningen finns en takterass med helt sjuk utsikt! Nytt fräscht kök, tvättmaskin i lägenheten (det bästa av allt!), två handfat (ett var), bra vattentryck i duschen, och stora fönster överallt (bilderna är från byggnaden’s möblerade modellägenhet, men den ser precis ut som vår förutom att vi är två våningar upp). Tror nog att vi kommer trivas här… tror ni?

So it’s done, signed the lease yesterday. June 15th we will be moving into a brand new one bedroom on the 14th floor of a building in south Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We have a balcony with a view of Manhattan, the East River, all the bridges etc. and on the 21st floor there is a rooftop terrace with an insane view! Nice new kitchen, washer/dryer in the apartment (the best thing!), two sinks in the bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, and big windows everywhere (the photos are from the building’s model unit, but it looks just like ours, except we’re two floors higher). I think we’re going to like it here… you agree?
